Cut a hole in the ceiling with a 155mm or 6 1/8" hole saw, "screw" the wires to junction box and push it with clips of the light up into the ceiling. No special wiring required. Recessed lights can fit anywhere because of the slim design (even if near a ceiling joist). You can also reuse recessed lights by "unscrewing" the wires.
Widely Applicable: Using your dimmer for 5%-100% smooth dimming with no flicker, no ghosting. Recessed light fixtures are compatible with most dimmers.
